We've ALL made a fool out of ourselves whilst travelling. At least once. I know I have my fair share of embarrassing travel stories, and I love them. Quite honestly, they might just be some of my favourite memories from the road (with the gift of hindsight). Because these moments of awkwardness teach us that we should always try and laugh it out a little bit more. Even if that means laughing at our self-conscious selves sometimes... Part of the art of backpacking is learning from the mistakes you will inevitably make. How else would you come back with stories of how stupid you’ve been!? Cause that's what your friends wanna hear about!
